Stallholder policy

We expect all of our stallholders, speakers, volunteers, and entertainers to work with us to support and promote veganism, and only bring 100% vegan products and promotional materials to the event. Veganism is a way of living which seeks to exclude, as far as is possible and practicable, all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing or any other purpose. This means products free from meat (including fish, shellfish and insects), dairy, eggs and honey , leather, silk, wool and any tested on animals.

We carefully select all of our stall holders to ensure variety and quality. It is important to us to support small independent traders and also traders who have sustainable, ethical and environmentally sound practices.

We value vegan businesses, but also welcome non vegan companies who provide a wide range of vegan options. We believe that doing so helps introduce veganism to new audiences, and helps these businesses better understand their vegan customers. We feel excluding non vegan companies and visitors would be counter to our aims of reaching all those interested in veganism.

The aims of Swansea Vegfest are- to EDUCATE and inform the public about veganism, to PROMOTE vegan businesses and products, to SUPPORT and connect people interested in a vegan lifestyle.
